"I want to like it, but the macros are a mess"
I’ve used this app for a while part of me still wants to stick with it because it’s the one I’m used to and everyone seems to use it. But I mostly track macros and nutrients, and the numbers just feel off way too often. I’ll search the same food and get three different entries, with some showing totally ridiculous protein or sodium amounts.
The barcode scanning is also hit or miss, which gets frustrating fast. I end up spending more time correcting foods than actually tracking my meals. I feel kind of torn because I’ve always liked the brand and wanted this to be my go-to, but for something this popular, the nutrition data feels too messy to justify paying for
"Workout calories feel like a moving target"
I’ve been logging my workouts and the calorie estimates feel hit or miss. One day it seems reasonable, then the next it feels like the app changed the rules on me. It’s kind of frustrating because it makes tracking progress feel like the goalposts keep moving.

"Easy goal changes"
Plans change. My goals can too. Super easy.

"Used to be good, now it’s frustrating"
I used to really like this app, but lately it’s just annoying to use. Everything feels like it takes too many taps, it freezes randomly, and even finding basic food entries is way harder than it should be. Like, make it make sense. I just want to log my food without it feeling like a chore.

"I tried using this for weight loss, but..."
I tried using this for weight loss, but I kept falling off and losing track of what I was supposed to be doing. The goals felt basic, and the reminders got old fast — they were way too aggressive and started feeling more annoying than helpful. I’m sure it might work better for some people, but it just didn’t do much for me.

"Helpful reminders, but habits are still tough"
The reminders are nice and they do give me a little push, which helps. But, building a habit is still kind of messy. Like, the app can nudge you, but you still have to actually do the thing, and some days that just doesn’t happen...

"A Few Things Are Definitely Off"
I’m absolutely sure some of the entries aren’t quite right. Most of it seems fine, but there are definitely a few spots that feel off and could use another look.

"I wanted to like it, but there’s just…"
I wanted to like it, but there’s just way too much tracking going on and not nearly enough clear explanation about what’s happening with my data. Always fun when a service talks about privacy while making you dig around to figure out what that actually means.
"Getting my old data is way harder than it should be"
I’m frustrated trying to get my old data out. The export process feels clunky, and it’s like my history is just locked away somewhere. What makes it worse is that the next steps aren’t clear at all, so I’m left guessing what to click or where to go next

"I really like the challenges and community posts..."
I really like the challenges and community posts. They help keep me going, especially on days when I’m not feeling super motivated. Some of the groups can be a bit quiet sometimes, but overall it’s been really helpful for staying on track

"Not sure why I waited to use this"
The recipe importer makes adding meals so much less annoying. I don’t know if I was making it harder than it needed to be before, but this makes the whole thing feel way easier.

"Still useful, but I’d switch if it got worse"
I mostly use MyFitnessPal to track quick meals, and the barcode scanner is what keeps me using it. Most foods show up right away, which saves me a lot of time when I’m just trying to log something fast. Every now and then it pulls up the wrong item or the serving size is kind of off, so I still have to double-check things. It’s not perfect, but it works well enough for daily use. That said, if the scanner became less reliable or more annoying, I’d probably start looking for another app

"Water tracking feels kind of awkward to use"
I mostly use MyFitnessPal to track how much water I’m drinking, which feels a little embarrassing to admit because it seems like such a simple thing to keep up with. But the water logging part just feels clunky to me. Adding cups should be quick, and instead I end up tapping around more than I want to.
The reminders don’t really help much either, so I still forget and then feel silly about it later. For something this basic, I expected it to be smoother and easier to use.

"Still works fine for me, somehow"
I’ve been using it and, it still works fine for me. There are a few bugs now, which is always a fun little surprise, but nothing that’s completely ruined the experience yet

"Syncing Could Be Better"
The device sync works sometimes, but it’s inconsistent. I’ve had to reconnect or wait around more than I’d like, which is a bit frustrating. It’s not unusable, but it would be nice if it were more reliable.
"Makes tracking portions easy"
I’ve been liking how myfitnesspal lets me adjust serving sizes without much hassle. Like, I can switch between half a cup, grams, one piece, or whatever fits what I’m eating. It makes logging meals less annoying and feels more accurate for me.

"Still Really Helpful Even With the Ads"
I’m using the free version, the ads can get a little frustrating sometimes, especially when I’m just trying to log something quickly. I’m also a bit disappointed that some features are locked now. But even with that, it still does a really good job helping me track my food and calories. It’s simple to use, keeps me more aware of what I’m eating, and genuinely helps me feel more in control. Overall, I’m still happy with it.

"The progress reports are surprisingly useful"
I’ve been using MyFitnessPal for a bit now, i didn’t expect the progress reports to be that helpful, but they kind of are. Seeing the trends over time is way better than obsessing over one random daily number. It makes it easier to tell what’s actually working, or at least what seems to be. The app is easy to use too, and it does help keep me more honest with food tracking and weight goals, even if I’m not always perfect with it.

"Easy billing and cancellation"
I didn’t have any billing issues, and canceling was simple when I needed to. A friend actually recommended it to me, and overall the experience was hassle-free.

It was super easy to log everything, honestly. I thought I might be missing a step at first, but after using it a bit, it felt straightforward
